主人溜狗不撿狗屎　包裝好寄還狗主

狗主人沒有公德心、不撿狗屎，搞到公共場所隨地「黃金」？西班牙小鎮布魯內特實施新措施，只要發現主人沒有清理狗屎，便會幫忙「處理」，包裹郵寄還給主人。

這是由一家廣告公司想到的「招式」，布魯內特官方僱用了20名志願者，天天在鎮上巡邏，遇到不負責任的狗主，會設法查明小狗的名字，再核對政府的狗隻登記資料庫的資料。找到主人的時候，就將未處理的狗屎「原物歸還」。

措施生效後，單單2月一星期內就有147名狗主收到「狗糞包裹」，措施非常有效，實行後街上的狗糞便數量大減70%。
