警寄「拘票」發帖　通緝案由「幸福見證條例」

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】桃園縣警局八德分局四維派出所1名邱姓警員下周結婚，把喜帖設計成拘票，婚禮日期寫成「通緝」日期，案由是「幸福見證條例」，喜帖還註明，「到案」時請在櫃台繳納「罰金」。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，邱姓警員說，2人結婚就要相愛一輩子，喜帖封面設計手銬「銬住對方」，象徵「你的一生被我逮捕了！」也意味著情伴一生；為求逼真，他連信封都設計成寄送拘票的黃色公文袋，寫著股別、案號、受送達人。親友接獲喜訊時，先是一驚、打開之後令人莞爾。
