南市議長涉賄選　總幹事和樁腳起訴

台南地檢署今天起訴台南市議長李全教選舉議員期間，競選總幹事與樁腳涉嫌替其買票，檢方今天偵查終結，對競選總幹事黃澄清等5人依違反選罷法提起公訴。

台南地檢署表示，黃等人為讓李全教能順利當選，藉發放工作費給樁腳的名義賄選，每戶以5千至6千元不等買票。
