吉利汽車獲准與巴黎銀行籌組融資公司

大陸民營汽車製造商吉利汽車12日宣布，已收到大陸銀監會批覆，核准與法國巴黎銀行個人金融籌組汽車融資業務之合資公司。

路透報導，公司聲明稱，其可自批覆日起的六個月內，與法巴個人金融展開組建籌備工作。籌備工作完成後，吉利汽車將正式提出開業申請，預估零售融資業務將於今年底展開。

資料顯示，吉利汽車2013年底公布與法巴個人金融成立合資企業，註冊資本為人民幣9億元，吉利將出資八成。
