營建署前署長葉世文被控利用主導林口A7、桃園八德合宜宅與新竹眷改等土地開發案的機會，向建商遠雄、興富發索賄，台北地院今天宣判，葉世文在新竹眷改案、淡海新市鎮案都無罪，林口A7案與桃園八德案分別遭判7年、10年徒刑，犯罪所得2000萬全數繳回、沒收，另依財產來源不明罪判刑3年、罰金3317萬，詳細葉世文惡狀表如下圖。（法庭中心／台北報導）
