國民黨主席、新北市長朱立倫17日被媒體問及是否做滿市長任期時表示，「我不會參選2016，這樣可以嗎？」引爆政壇話題，在國民黨內發起聯署全力拱朱的藍委吳育昇說，朱立倫是「偶發性的非正式回答」，他相信朱立倫會有更智慧的判斷跟選擇。
