草地灌水泥種菜　護樹盟轟：柯P要裝葉克膜了

台灣護樹團體聯盟今天在臉書PO文表示，柯P的「草地變城市開心農場」計畫走樣，市府東北角廣場草地竟被灌水泥，鋪成一個個宛如墓穴的水泥槽，並質疑雨天排水孔出問題，砲轟：「救命！這真的太瞎了！柯文哲需要葉克膜了！」
 
但負責發包工程的公園處今天在新聞稿中說明，表示蔬果樂活區除了固定周圍的緣石外，菜圃全部直接接觸土壤，但因該域的草皮下方土壤較薄，直接種菜將影響地下室防水層，且這樣的土壤厚度用來種植蔬菜是不夠的，因此將菜圃土層往上加高20cm，然後以花台磚圍成一畦，以防填土後遭雨水沖刷土壤流失。（突發中心／台北報導）
