復興航空不幸發生空難，國民黨政策會執行長賴士葆說，黨團不少立委都不排除要求復興航空應該全面停飛，他認，至少要立即停飛同樣的機型，進行體檢、接受檢查。

賴士葆說，復興航空在一年內發生兩次空難，令人遺憾，希望民航局儘速將失事原因釐清，他也說，黨內立委包括吳育昇、丁守中、盧秀燕等人都不排除要求復興航空全面停飛。

至於黨內立委蔡正元提出松山機場應該遷建的建議，賴士葆則認為應該要好好評估，這是很大的事情，要從長計議。他說，國際趨勢就是在首都有機場，像是日本的羽田。

賴士葆認為，這起空難是管理的問題，民航局退休官員私下向他透露，要人沒人、要資源沒資源，但飛機數量卻是以前的五倍。他說，就算是飛機出問題，還是跟航空公司管理有關，為什麼同一機型連摔兩次？SOP有沒有落實？
