柯文哲：降建商囤房稅僅給1年緩衝

台北市將建商囤房稅從3.6%降到2%，引發批評。台北市長柯文哲今天表示，因為房子蓋好不見得立刻賣得出去，只是給1年的緩衝期，若到時還賣不出去，他才認為是囤房。

柯文哲上午出席交通會報，會前媒體詢問北市房屋稅經建商陳情後就從3.6%降到2%？他說，建商拿到使用執照後，在1年之內允許，但若1年後還賣不出去，就照章行事，這是考慮合情、合理、合法。

他指出，因為房子蓋好不見得立刻賣得出去，若1年後還賣不出去，他就認為是囤房。

媒體追問外界認為這是一面打房、一面放水？柯文哲則再度說明，房子不見得蓋好就馬上賣得出去，只是給1年的緩衝期。
