　　交通部觀光局東北角暨宜蘭海岸國家風景區管理處為活絡龍洞遊艇港及發揮其觀光經濟效益，結合各界資源特別規劃「2013東北角龍洞遊艇港海洋嘉年華」系列活動，在活動期間6月15、16日，以廣受歡迎的「北海小英雄」為主題人物，營造出歡樂氛圍。

　　主辦單位在活動期間提供兩日免費接駁巴士（瑞芳區民廣場→龍洞四季灣，上午8時到下午6時30分，每隔30分鐘一班車；龍洞四季灣→瑞芳區民廣場從上午8時30分到下午7時 每隔30分鐘一班車服務遊客）與售套票之「台灣好行-黃金福隆線」的沿線接駁服務，讓遊客都能盡情享受歡愉之幸福時刻。

　　東北角暨宜蘭風管處也在6月15日起規劃「東北角親海悠遊之旅」（行程包括：台北火車站東三門→外澳→2013福隆沙雕藝術季+福隆遊客中心→龍洞四季灣遊艇港海域探索之旅→和平島地質公園→返回台北）出團日期為：6月15~16日、6月22~ 23日、6月29~30日，其中，6月15~16日可現場報名。（圖／東北角風管處提供）
