危急病患醫療補助　納入「中低收入戶」

【黃揚明／台北報導】立法院院會上午三讀通過《醫療法》第60條修正案，因應《社會救助法》新增中低收入戶的規定，將原本僅適用低收入戶、路倒者的條文擴大適用範圍至中低收入戶。

根據三讀通過的《醫療法》的規定，未來低收入戶、中低收入戶及路倒者若病況危急卻無法負擔醫療費用時，將由地方政府補助。
