請問3月初輕井澤的商店有營業嗎？

因為媽媽沒有現場看過雪，打算帶她到輕井澤碰碰運氣^^
行程是早上先搭星野bus參觀石之教堂，
then 如果找的到星榆小鎮
搭Bus回車站
擔心路滑，打算搭草津bus or 步行至舊輕井澤買果醬，聖保羅教堂
最後是王子outlet ,
搭新幹線回上野

擔心到舊輕井澤Bus不好等！
