感染伊波拉古巴醫生將出院返國

（中央社哈瓦那5日綜合外電報導）古巴健康衛生當局今天指出，在非洲獅子山國（Sierra Leone）治療病患時感染伊波拉病毒的醫生近期將離開瑞士醫院返回古巴國內，因為醫療人員在他體內已無發現病毒存在。

衛生當局表示：「經測試後證實，他的體液已經沒有這種病毒存在，所以他很快就能離開醫院」，並說這位醫生巴艾茲（Felix Baez Sarria）將回到古巴。

43歲的巴艾茲是古巴派往獅子山國對抗這種潛在致命病毒的醫療團隊一分子。

巴艾茲被發現感染伊波拉病毒後，在上月20日飛往日內瓦大學附屬醫院（Geneva University Hospitals）治療，成為首位在瑞士接受伊波拉病毒治療的病患。(中央社)
