這是消費者知的權利，應該可以要求吧!
如果要求告知損壞原因，廠方應該要給個答案(原因不明也是個答案呀~)
另外，為了確定電池更換為新品，車主應該是有權利可以驗貨的
如果車主都沒開口要求，那廠方抱著多一事不如少一事的心態，很可能就不會主動告知
當然，以服務良好著稱的保養廠，是應該主動告知的

Prius車系換電池的例子不算太常見，感謝樓主分享
