現在買房，會被人家笑嗎?

你朋友都知道現在台南房價被炒到不合理，買下去怕被笑，那何必硬要買？

台南市只是合併為直轄市，就業機會、勞工平均薪資與物價水平不成比例，現在的房價是建商與投資客炒樓下來的結果.

台南還有很多以蓋房子的土地，房價太貴買不起，頂多往郊區購買，台南本來就是鄉下地方.
難道買在東區，天天去逛南紡夢時代百貨公司？天天去威秀看電影？既然沒有，何必花更多錢買在東區與永康區去跟人家人擠人，這兩區既然有39萬人口，人口已經超過了土地的負荷，假日還有一大堆遊客往這裡進來.

三年內台南鬧區要跌價不可能，投資客手上建案握到無法脫手，就會出現甩賣潮.
千萬別把台南當成新竹、台中、桃園，台南的屬性與其他直轄市完全不一定.
投資客來台南炒樓，往後幾年保證套牢賠死.
