「3Q爹斯」是陽岱鋼賽後接受英雄訪問的招牌回答，今年球季結束可獲得日職自由球員身份，他將有機會締造旅日球員的「薪」紀錄。

已逝名將陳大豐保有我國旅日球員最高年薪1億8千萬日幣，陽岱鋼在2014年追平這項紀錄，今年的薪水則是持平。

陽岱鋼2014年因傷缺席19場，出賽125場繳出打擊率0.293，25轟20盜寫下難得的「20-20」，還奪得外野手金手套3連霸。

今年球季結束，陽岱鋼就能獲得日職自由球員身份，也就是俗稱的「合約年」，他只要能夠維持表現，薪水可望締造旅日球員的新猷。

陽岱鋼今年冬天回台行程滿檔，有商業場合也有公益活動，1月初先到美國自主訓練，目前在日本參加球隊春訓，為即將到來的新球季做最好的準備。
