http://ppt.cc/4ker 窮忙！ 台工時第3高 時薪4小龍之末 台灣勞工好命苦，薪資16年來沒調漲就罷了，去年台灣勞工全年平均工時2140.8小時，位 居全球第3高，僅次新加坡和香港。但平均時薪僅8.69美元、約新台幣255元，還不如新加 坡520元的一半，讓很多窮忙的上班族聽了都想捶心肝。 薪水沒漲，每天還是要照起工來行，台灣勞工根據主計總處調查，101年全年平均工時 2140.8小時，是全球工時最長第三名，上班族：「有時候會超過大概八九個小時，這樣不 好很累啊，效率也不高。」每天超過八小時的工作時數，變成普遍常態，台灣上班族自嘆 有夠歹命，不過到底是為什麼被拖長工時。 上班族：「老闆還沒走，你也不好意思走啊，事情沒做完，下班後還要聯繫。」不同於國 外，台灣習慣採責任制，事情做完才能下班工時超長，僅次新加坡和香港，但平均時薪只 有255元，還不如新加坡520元的一半，轉到國外，德國一年工作時數1396.6小時，平均一 天只要工作5.37小時，時薪有1177元，整整是台灣的4.6倍，再不提升國際競爭力，上班 族變成窮忙一族，真的是要捶心肝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.118.91.72
