追3個月 皮革廠偷排廢水被逮

台南市永康區1家皮革廠偷排廢水，環保人員追查3個月，昨晚當場逮獲工廠偷排廢水，將開罰新台幣60萬元，勒令停工。

台南市環保局今天指出，環保局7月接獲檢舉，永康區龍中街疑有工廠偷排廢水，臭味四溢，環保局派員勘查發現，附近排水溝水系複雜，更有暗溝，難以追查。

環保局稽查人員每週派員埋伏3次至4次，利用儀器監測，過濾上游工廠，查出廢水來自1家皮革廠，這家皮革廠多於晚上8點過後以不明管線偷排廢水。

環保局昨晚兵分二路稽查，一路從皮革廠後方箱涵進入狹小渠道，等待排放廢水，當場採樣化驗，並通報另一組稽查人員進入皮革廠查緝污染源，當場查獲廢水來自皮革廠調整池，以馬達抽取排放至廠外。

環保局說，這家皮革節廠偷排廢水情形重大，將處60萬元最高罰款及追繳不法利得，並勒令停工。
