餿水油團訟　消基會將向4油商求償3000萬

針對鬧得滿城風雨的餿水油事件，消基會表示，截至本月12日止，共計761件民眾申請團體訴訟，消基會將於4月中旬幫民眾打團體訴訟，向頂新、強冠、正義與北海四家等上游油品業者求償，求償金額可能達3000萬元。

消基會說，從去年12月1日起授理民眾申請團訟案件，共計761件申請團訟案，待補正資料的約占四成，已請民眾補齊資料，包括購買單據、個人身份證字號、家庭戶口資料或是聯絡電話等，決定在4月中旬，正式向法院提起訴訟，加計懲罰性賠償金與精神上損害賠償金後，預估求償金額可能逾3000萬元。（戴安瑋／台北報導）
