涉收賄包庇賭場 警遭聲押

台北市萬華警分局3名員警涉按時收賄包庇賭場。台北地檢署今天清晨依違反貪污治罪條例，聲押陳姓偵查佐及游姓賭場業者。

辦案人員查出，萬華分局偵查佐陳昀寧、楊勝雄、前警備隊小隊長邱大榮等人涉嫌從民國102年起透過中間人，按月或按次收受賭場業者賄賂，金額新台幣1萬元到幾千元不等，包庇轄區麻將間賭場，幫業者躲避查緝。

經蒐證後，台北地檢署檢察官鄧定強昨天指揮廉政署幹員、警政署及台北巿警局政風人員上午兵分多路搜索3名員警辦公室及業者、員警等人住處，並約談21人到案說明，查扣相關證物，陸續移送北檢複訊。

北檢複訊後，今天清晨諭令邱大榮、楊勝雄則各以新台幣10萬元交保，依違反貪污治罪條例向法院聲請將陳昀寧及賭場業者游男羈押禁見。
