【動新聞】賓士運將拐女性侵　見警裝傻「不在」

台北市運將李承宗（46歲）因駕駛賓士計程車，聲名大噪，月入13萬元。2010年見1名弱智女子落單，拐上車載至空屋性侵，被判3年2個月，未到案被通緝，前天警上門，他還裝傻說「他不在」。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，2010年李男駕賓士計程車到桃園蘆竹鄉，見被害女攀談問路，言談間發現她疑弱智，誘騙上車載到另處空屋性侵得逞，事後給500元且警告：「不要告訴妳媽媽！」被害女事後被母親發現行為有異，追問得知性侵一事氣憤報案。

李男辯稱雙方有對價關係，桃園地方法院依仍妨害性自主罪判刑3年2個月，李男不滿上訴，二審維持原判，女後法院屢傳李男不到，去年8月發布通緝。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
